Returns and Exchanges

Most orders ship within 2–3 days of payment confirmation. Once shipped, we’ll provide a tracking number to help you monitor your package.

If your item arrives defective, please refer to our limited product warranty for assistance.

General Return and Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase (as indicated on your receipt). Requests made after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, the following conditions apply:

  • Items must be in their original condition, including unopened packaging that is unused, unmarked, and undamaged.
  • Products purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a complete set.
  • Non-returnable or non-exchangeable items are excluded.
  • Return shipping costs for online orders are not covered by Mansurclothing.
  • Consumer rights under applicable laws remain unaffected by this policy.

Product Condition for Returns

All returns must be sent back in their original condition. Additional charges may apply for wear and tear, improper use, misassembly, missing parts, or accidental damage.

For returns due to product quality issues, Mansurclothing will cover the cost of return shipping and any applicable restocking fees.

For personal preference returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees, as determined by Mansurclothing policies.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, contact Mansurclothing at [email protected]. Our team will respond promptly. Unauthorized returns or exchanges will not be accepted, and Mansurclothing will not be responsible for lost goods or refunds in such cases.

For authorized returns, Mansurclothing will provide a prepaid return label. Please ensure all original packaging, manuals, gifts, and accessories are included to avoid additional fees.

Once your return is received, we’ll notify you via email. After inspecting the item, we’ll confirm whether your request is approved. If approved, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 1–3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 5–7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please allow a few days for it to post. Then, check with your bank or credit card provider. If they cannot confirm the refund, reach out to us at [email protected], and we’ll assist within 1–2 business days.
